Other background characters

Here are a few other background characters. Hmm... three posts in one day. Anywho, from top to bottom: The Dark Fairy. Like most fairies, this one needs nature to survive. However, it also consumes the world's darkness in order to live. While fairies give life to plants, these ones make them decay and die. The Reaper is a dark and ghastly servant of Maximus, King of the Dead. They're his most loyal servants. They act as both torturers and deliverers of souls.

Scarab Elite, highly trained fighters of the Arachnid Pyramids. Swords are their most favorite weapons, but can deal with spears, axes and whips as well. Their speed and battle style are formidable, but they're best suited for assassinations. Finally the Gear Golem. An ancient being, created by an unknown race. Their technology resembles the gnomes, but th gears themselves show very little resemblance to gnomes. They're not exactly the fast fighters, but their strenght and armor is quite impressive...
